Meet Our Team
Dr. David Slobodinsky graduated from Temple University Dental School in 1983. He gained valuable experience in large group practice until 1988. At that time he moved to his present location in Fabulous Fishtown, and has thoroughly enjoyed practicing quality, painless dentistry there for the last 18 years.
Dr. Slobodinsky is dedicated to continuous learning, having earned over 300 hours of post graduate education.
Dr. Slobodinsky is a member in good standing with The American Dental Association, The Pennsylvania Dental Association, The Philadelphia County Dental Society, The Academy of General Dentistry, Eastern Dental Society, and The Cosmetic Consortium of Philadelphia.
Dr. Slobodinsky is happily marrried to his dental school sweetheart, Charleen, who doubles as his part-time hygienist. He has two sons, Mark and Brett, and a beautiful Shetland Sheep dog named Ginger.
When he is not practicing dentistry, you might find him golfing, scuba diving, skiing, hiking or watching his sons play baseball, basketball and football.
Office Manager
Darlene Esposito has been with Dr. Slobodinsky since 1997. She has been cheerfully helping the doctor, the patients, and the team at a very high level during that time. She is totally dedicated to helping the patients have the very best dental experience possible.
Darlene is married to Frank, has three children and 4 grandchildren.
Dental Hygienist
Denise Kravitz graduated from Philadelphia Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1998. She has been a valuable member of the team ever since. Denise is a member of The American Dental Hygiene Association and keeps current with lots of continuing eduacation. She is very gentle, caring and extremely effective at teeth cleaning and maintenance of gum health.
Denise is married to Howard and has 2 children.
Dental Hygienist
Charleen Slobodinsky graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1981. She has been practicing with Dr. Dave since 1988. With over 25 years of clinical experience, she is highly skilled and very sensitive to her patient’s needs.
Has been keeping Dr. Dave and their two sons in line for 22 years.
Dental Assistant
Regina is a neighborhood gal and a previous patient. She is the youngest member of our team. She is also our resident tooth whitening specialist. Regina will always greet you with a warm, beautiful smile and go out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. She is a certified dental assistant (CDA) since 2005 and is X-Ray licensed. Regina has one son, David, who is nine years old.
